(1) All existing plans (1-Month Professional, 1-Year Professional, Livestream Recharge Package, Mapping Recharge Package, and Storage Space Upgrade Package) must be activated within 6 months of purchase. Expired activation codes will no longer be valid.
(2) Livestream Recharge Package, Mapping Recharge Package, and Storage Space Upgrade Package will have a usage validity period of 1 year after activation.
These adjustments only apply to plans purchased after the update. Previously purchased plans will remain unchanged.
2. Introduction of New Plans
(1) Larger room for Livestream Recharge Package and Storage Space Upgrade Package.
(2) Enterprise Version: Only limits the number of online devices, with no restrictions on livestreaming, storage usage, or the number of images processed for large-scale mapping. Supports SSO login and other advanced features.
If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us at any time.
How is the Online Device Limit Calculated in the Enterprise Version? How Can It Be Upgraded?
1. Online Device Calculation Method:
There is no limit on the number of bound devices, only on the number of simultaneously online devices. The specific limit is determined by the purchased Enterprise Version and Online Device Upgrade Packages.
For example: If you purchase the Enterprise Version 1-Year (1 Dock) package, a maximum of 1 dock can be online at the same time during the 1-year validity period.
2. Online Device Upgrade Method:
During the validity period of the Enterprise Version, you can stack and activate multiple Online Device Upgrade Packages. The purchase and activation of Upgrade Packages must follow the "remaining validity period rounded up to the nearest whole number" rule. This means that when upgrading, the number of upgrade packages purchased must match the rounded-up remaining validity period.
For example: If you purchase the Enterprise Version 3-Year (1 Dock) and decide to upgrade six months later, the remaining validity period will be 2.5 years. If you need to increase the number of online devices at this point, you must purchase and activate an upgrade package in multiples of 3 (rounded up from 2.5). If you purchase and activate 6 upgrade packages, the online device limit will increase to 3 docks (1 base dock+ 2 upgraded docks) for the remaining 2.5 years.
What Are the Activation and Usage Validity Periods for DJI FlightHub 2 Plans?
1. Activation Validity Period
The activation validity period starts from the date the activation code is issued. Please activate your version within the specified period.
Enterprise Version has no activation time limit, while all other Versions must be activated within 6 months.
2. Usage Validity Period
The usage validity period starts from the date of activation.
(1) Professional Version: The Professional Version is available in 1-Month, 1-Year, and 3-Year options, with usage validity periods of 30 days, 365 days, and 1095 days, respectively. Multiple activations can extend the validity period.
(2) Recharge Package: Includes Livestream Recharge Package, Mapping Recharge Package, and Storage Space Upgrade Package, all with a validity period of 1 year.
(3) Enterprise Version: The validity period depends on the purchased Version.
